Login to Your Account

* Open the Bayright9ja app.
* Signin with your account using your credentials.


Go To Account Settings

*Go to the 'Settings' or 'Profile' section from the main menu.
*Select 'Account Settings' or 'Privacy Settings'.


Request Data Deletion

* Locate the 'Delete Account' or 'Data Deletion' option.
* Click on delete account.
* Confirm your request by clicking on confirm button.


What Happens After Deletion ?

Upon initiating the deletion request, your account will be immediately deactivated and you will no longer have access to the Bayright9ja services.

Data Deletion / Removal

We will start the process of permanently deleting your personal data from our systems. This process is with immediate effect once the delete button has be clicked and confirmed by the user.

Retention of Necessary Data

Please note that certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, and security reasons. This may include transaction records and other data required by law.

Important Notice

Data deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request data deletion via our support team, please send an email to info@br9.ng with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the following information in your email:

* Your full name
* Your registered email address
* Reason for the data deletion requested
